Hoppe Variance Public Hearing Notice


YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Paynesville Board of Adjustment (City Council) has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of considering a Variance request as submitted by

Shawn & Rachel Hoppe of 831 Koronis Avenue, Paynesville, MN, to allow the placement of a new pre-built 20’x32’ shed. The parcel in question is a pie shaped parcel which is double fronted to streets Koronis Avenue to the east, being the front of the property and Lake Avenue to the west, being the rear of the property thereby creating the unusual requirement of two 30’ setbacks from street right-of-way lines. 

The property is more particularly described as Tax Parcel Number 70.39441.0000 and is legally described as: Lot 7, Block 5, Sonstegard’s Homesites.

The Variance public hearing is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021 in the Paynesville City Hall Council Chambers, Paynesville, MN.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and/or submit written comments prior to the public hearing day to City Hall, 221 Washburne Ave., Paynesville, MN 56362.
