Notice of Public Hearing on Lot Split

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON LOT SPLIT

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Paynesville City Council has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of considering the Lot Split submitted by submitted by Donavan Mayer and Nannete Mayer.  They wish to split Lot 5, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three into two parcels, one for purposes of attachment to Lot 4, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three and the other for purposes of attachment to Lot 6, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three so that after the lot split, the newly created parcels would be as follows:

Parcel 1:

Lot 4, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three and the North 49 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three; and

Parcel 2:

Lot 6, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three and Lot 5, Block 1, Heatherwood Plat Three, LESS AND EXCEPT the North 49 feet thereof.

The proposed split will not result in the existence of a non-buildable lot.  The lot is zoned “R-1”, Single- and Two-Family Residential District.  The lot if split as proposed would result in the creation of two (2) separate lots, both of which would be attached to adjoining parcels which would exceed the size requirements for lots within “R-1”, Single- and Two-Family Residential District.

The Lot Split public hearing is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on June 27, 2022 in the Paynesville City Hall Council Chambers, Paynesville, MN. All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and/or submit written comments prior to the public hearing day to the City Administrator, 221 Washburne Ave., Paynesville, MN.
